Please provide a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or does not function as described.
The item will be replaced with another product accordingly.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description provided on our website.
We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product usage that were not mentioned on our product pages.
